Data Deletion Instructions
Learn how to delete your data in compliance with GDPR and Meta Platform requirements.
1. Your Data Rights
Under GDPR and Meta Platform policies, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We provide multiple ways to delete your data:
- Delete your chat history while keeping your account
- Delete all organization data (for organization owners)
- Delete your entire account and all associated data
Meta Compliance
These deletion options comply with Meta Platform requirements for data handling. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Deleting Chat History
To delete conversation history for your organization:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Organization Settings
- Scroll to the Data Management section
- Click 'Delete All Chat History'
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
3. Deleting Organization Data
Organization owners can delete all organization data, which includes:
- All chatbot configurations
- All contact records and chat history
- All leads and appointments
- All uploaded knowledge base documents
- All usage logs and analytics
Irreversible Action
Deleting your organization removes all data permanently. This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you need before deletion.
4. Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom
- Click 'Delete Account'
- Enter your password to confirm
- Confirm the deletion

6. Data Retention After Deletion
After you delete your data:
- Account data: Permanently deleted immediately
- Chat history: Permanently deleted immediately
- Backups: Removed from backup systems within 30 days
- Anonymized usage statistics: May be retained for service improvement
Legal Requirements
Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes). This retained data is not used for any other purpose.
